Our Clubrooms are bright, contained, double rooms with air conditioning and screened windows. Each room has an ensuite shower and toilet – Mistral Clubroom 1 offers a stylishly decorated interior with a queen-size bed, a built in closet and an overhead fan for added coolness. It is located on the second floor and has a small, private balcony with an outdoor sitting area— perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.
Clubroom guests have access to the outdoor dining area on the ground floor, nestled beside our flourishing Mashua herb and vegetable garden, and are welcome to use the fully equipped communal Club Room kitchen — ideal for preparing your own meals with fresh, local ingredients.
Head up to the third floor to relax at Mistral Rooftop Lounge — a breezy retreat with views over the tree-filled property. It’s a great spot for morning yoga, an afternoon siesta, or a friendly game of darts.
Mistral Clubroom 1 is a favorite with couples looking to enjoy all of our amenities at a great value. It’s also a top pick for kite surfers, thanks to our proximity to Watamu’s famous sandbank and guarantees some of the best kite surfing conditions on the coast.

Guest access
Guests have use of all common areas. There are shaded parking areas and pathways to the accommodation.
Our lovely, chilled BAMBA KOFI SNACKBAR is exclusively available to all our guests. Breakfasts can be enjoyed here every morning, and all other meals & refreshments can be ordered. We recommend ordering ahead to help us get your meals to you without too much of a wait!
We are a beachfront plot with a direct, private path leading onto the beautiful beach of the Watamu Marine National Park. Enjoy one of our 4 beachfront lookout points with amazing, panoramic sea views. You can enjoy our sparkling, salt water pool to cool off, chill on the sun beds, read, or doze.
We also offer to our Clubroom guests, our Rooftop Lounge, which is at the top of the Clubhouse building… You can enjoy beautiful, panoramic views or just chill with a book on the daybed and feel the cool breeze.
Interaction with guests
Our amazing staff are always available to assist you with anything you may need. We have 24-hour security, a fire safety station, and access to panic buttons in an emergency. A cook can help barbeque fresh fish which is delivered by the local fishermen or prepare your meals daily.
All our units are serviced daily by our housekeeping team.
